Take a Look at the Factions of Wasteland 3 in a New Trailer

Wasteland 3 is set to release this August, and publisher Deep Silver has released a brand new ‘Faction Fever’ trailer showcasing some of the friendly and not-so-friendly folks you might run into in post-apocalyptic Colorado.

In the trailer, we get glimpses of these three factions: The Patriarch’s Marshalls, heavily armoured supposed protectors, turned private army. Joining them are The Gippers, a legion of communist-haters who think their president will “make America the shining city on the hill it once was” — I wonder where they got their inspiration? Then there’s the god-fearing Hundred Families who want a better Colorado, but might not want the same for you. 

On top of this, there are The Refugees, The Payasos, The Scar Collectors, The Godfishers, and The Dorseys — all of whom sound like gangs from The Warriors. As the trailer states, “every group has a plan for Colorado’s future,” it’s just up to you who you side with and who you cross.

The latest instalment in InExile’s long-running squad-based RPG series, Wasteland 3 launches on PC, PS4, Xbox One on August 28th and will also be available on Xbox Game Pass.
