Echo Generation now has an official soundtrack.

The soundtrack is chock full of 1980s and 1990s-inspired synthwave goodness and is available now.

In a press release, the soundtrack was described as “Dark synthwave sounds composed by musician Pusher, [creating] an eerie atmosphere for this heartfelt supernatural adventure.”

The OST is available on developer Cococucumber’s YouTube channel and all major streaming platforms.

Echo Generation is a turn-based RPG/adventure set in a small town during the early 1990s. Its sci-fi story and setting take cues from works by Stephen King and shows like Stranger Things. The game is available on Xbox console and PC as part of the Xbox Game Pass service.

Starting with the Sega Mega Drive, I’ve been playing those video game things for what seems like an eternity. Anything with a good narrative is my passion, but you can also find me clicking the heads in FPS games, living a second life in a sim, or looking for those elusive objects in adventure games. I’m still trying to workout what happened in Metal Gear Solid.
