Brian Blessed’s unmistakable voice could soon be booming at you on Oculus Quest and Quest 2. The British actor / national treasure will reprise his role as the host of Loco Dojo Unleashed when it releases in 2021.

Announced by developer Make Real, this enhanced version of the original Loco Dojo — an Oculus Rift exclusive VR game, released in 2017 — will build upon the original game with an updated single player mode as well as a new ‘quick play’ mode designed to ‘reduce friction’ when finding multiplayer games.

Up to four players can tackle Loco Dojo’s ‘Table of Trials’ — 16 multiplayer mini games offering a variety of challenges to test your skills. Players can compete by racing pigs, feeding monsters cookies or even catching fish out of the air with giant claws. All of this is wrapped in a wooden toy aesthetic for maximum ridiculousness.

It’s also worth noting that there appears to be very little difference between the new Unleashed version of the game for Quest when compared to the original Oculus Rift version in this side by side comparison provided by Make Real.

You can watch the trailer for Loco Dojo Unleashed and hear Brian Blessed’s booming voice below.
